To ensure we supply only the highest quality products, the packaging laboratory will deal with your order without delay during opening hours. The laboratory will deal with orders and prepare the CAVIAR PASSION products for despatch as the orders arrive. That can mean time will elapse after your order is placed due either to the laboratory's opening hours or the volume of orders received. The delicate operation of packaging the products is rigorously controlled and carried out by trained specialists.
Once packaged, products are immediately placed in an isothermal package (complete with euclectic cold accumulators) ensuring they stay fresh until delivery to your home or place of work. Since each order is unique, we recommend you place orders before midday between Monday and Thursday. Because DHL do not deliver on either Saturday or Sunday, any order placed between Thursday midday (CET) and Sunday night will only start to be prepared for despatch with effect from the Monday morning following placement of the order.
CAVIAR PASSION will not deliver to Corsica or French-administered territories outside Europe due to extended delivery times. Delivery times given are indicative only and delay in delivery cannot give rise either to the right of cancellation or any demand for reimbursement by the buyer.
DHL, our chosen carrier, collects packages for delivery every day, from Monday to Thursday, at around 16:30 CET. DHL will then deliver within the next 24/48 hours, depending on your exact address.
You can also get your order delivered somewhere else (workplace, shop, friend). However, we advise against delivery to a French point relais because of the addtitional time for delivery that would be required to redirect the package.
