Scientific progress has meant that we can now create hybrid caviars from interbreeding two sturgeon species from different origins. Breeding the Huso Dauricus (cousin of the Beluga) with the Schrenkii results in a caviar of exceptional quality. Caviar Passion's Premium, Black Diamond and Imperial caviars proudly compete with the famous Beluga caviar. Guba, another specially bred caviar, comes from a combination of Oscietra and Baeri. It has all the smoothness of Osciètre but with the consistency of Baeri.
