Ingredients for 4 persons
- 1 tin (50g) caviar
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 Greek yoghurts
- 1 lemon
- A few chives
- Fresh mint, Paprika, olive oil
- Salt and pepper

The recipe 
This simple dish takes almost no time to prepare. The tastes are wonderfully fresh and almost gently disorientating.
First prepare the tzatziki. Chop the mint leaves and chives and mix in a bowl with the yoghurt. Add some drops of lemon juice, a pinch of paprika and a trickle of olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Then refrigerate.
Peel and slice the cucumbers thinly. Arrange on plates to make a bed of cucumber.
Spread a fine layer of tzatziki over the cucumber and then top with a spoonful of caviar. Serve without delay.
