To ensure we supply the highest quality products and guarantee absolute freshness, Caviar Passion’s production team only starts preparing your products – a delicate operation carried out by trained teams of specialists – on receipt of your order.
The products you have ordered are immediately placed in an isothermal package (complete with eutectic cold accumulators) ensuring they stay fresh until delivery to your home or place of work.
Once your package is ready, our chosen carrier, FedEx Express ensures delivery within 24/48 hours, subject to your exact location.
Note : Certain postal codes require Caviar Passion’s prior confirmation of your order and delivery time. After notification of your required delivery destination, you will be informed without delay whether your order could be accepted. If Caviar Passion is unable to guarantee delivery within FedEx Express’s standard delivery times, you will be asked to contact our customer service department (email@example.com) which will advise you of the definitive status of your order.
To guarantee the cold chain and ensure that it is not broken, orders placed after on a Thursday (until Sunday night) will be dealt with the following Monday (for addresses where delivery will take longer than 24 hours, this applies to orders placed after on a Wednesday). Packages for delivery will be handed over to FedEx Express at the end of Monday for deliveries from Tuesday morning depending on the Client’s address.
To get your order delivered to someone else, specify a different delivery address to the invoice address.
