Premium Selection caviar comes from crossing two distinct species of Siberian sturgeon: Acipenser schrenckii and Huso dauricus, the biggest sturgeon. Reared in China in submerged fish traps in a natural, protected environment, at a depth of more than 20 metres, the sturgeons develop in surroundings akin to their natural habitat. For fifteen years, Iranian experts have developed their breeding techniques and watched over the sturgeons’ growth. The caviar produced is of extremely high quality. This ideal blend of the natural environment and tradition produces a subtle caviar, with tastes very close to those of a wild caviar.
